Question
I have been on depression and anxiety medicine for 18 years. I weaned off about 2 months ago and have been doing really well. Today has been an overly horrible day. Do you think its ok if I take 1 pill tonight? I am in the 2ww so I am scared but I just want to go to sleep.

I don't know for sure but I would say try not to if you can. I know that you don't share blood until 6 weeks but if you've weened off 2 months ago then I would say if you can handle it don't take it.

I agree to call your doctor, but I am just wondering...have you tried accupuncture for your Depression and anxiety. My SIL has been having it done and swears by it and I am seriously thinking about trying it myself (not to mention that its been known to help with TTC as well)
Just thought I would throw a non-medicated solution if you are looking to go that route.
