for the first few weeks RE said to hold off on Well I asked her when she think it would be ok to start again. She said we can start again anytime. It should be ok. I am so nervous. Can anything go wrong? Why would she have told us to not do anything before but now it's ok. Trust me, it's not for me. the smallest movement makes me want to puke but Dh keeps asking me.
Well I guess I want to know if you think it's safe. Were you told to hold off in the beginning too?

i would ask your dr why she said not to at first. were you on any meds or anything to help you get pregnant or did you do any procedures?

we had conceived naturally and my dr never said to restrict so im really no help.

we didn't have any restrictions but bc I was always too nervous and not feeling good we didn't until last week at 15.5 weeks. It was totally fine though...as long as your doctor says you can than there is nothing to worry about!

I had an IUI and my OB had suggested refraining from any until the first trimester was over. I didn't really question it and neither did DH. We just went along with it. I think it's ok to do "other stuff" - just nothing that would cause something to bump into your cervix -kwim??

We stayed away from it all though bc we were both a bit paranoid.

i am 12 weeks and we have not done since post IUIs well, i am high risk anyway, but honestly this is the last thing i want ( very unusual of me ) DH is paranoid as well

We had IVF and my RE told me to hold off for a few weeks also. I never really questioned it. When I went for my first OB appt at 8 weeks he said was fine as long as it wasn't painful.
