I had my I.U.I yesterday ( MOnday)
do I count today as 1DPO?
I am soooo new to this I dont have a clue!
And I am soooooo bloated I feel like a fatty!!!
IS it from the I.U.I and the trigger shot? I took the trigger shot sat night....

bloat is from trigger.
count 1dpo the first full day thats 48 after trigger.
