question
i have a question my cycle is 28 days and i got my pd on may 21 when should i be ov. i am not sure about all this stuff ...thanks for your help

Like the article mentioned...if your cycle is a regular 28 day cycle they say that you ovulate around day 14 but every woman is different and sometimes it can be earlier or later....its important to get to know your body to really get a good idea when you ovulate.
Also Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great book to read
