question?? UPADTED PLEASE HELP
I am on cd 18 i have mild cramping anyone have any ideas what it could be?????
OK NOW ON CD 20 AND I JUST WENT INTO THE BATHROOM AND I HAVE A VERY LIGHT TINGE OF PINK WHEN I WIPE????????? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?????

could be pre-ovulation, ovulation, or post-ovulation cramping (i have all of these!). or it could be implantation. or it could just be general luteal phase cramping - i find that i have cramps periodically throughout my LP.

I was getting cramps as much as 10 days before I expected my period for the past few cycles and my cycles have been 28/29 days. I am expecting AF tomorrow or Monday and havent had so much as one cramp. It can really throw you for a loop!

Sounds like break through mid cycle bleeding...even if its just a spot.
Too soon for implantation, although if it continues, I wouldnt rule it out.

When did you O. It is hard to imterpret because you are going by cycle. days. After O you should go by DPO. So if you O'd on CD 11 it is definitely the perfect time for implantation spotting.
