QOTD Monday
We all have had someone say to us "oh just relax and it will happen" What do you do to relax during the 2WW?

Exercise is always a stress reliever for me, so I make sure I'm getting enough during 2WW...though I'll admit that after reading some alternative medicine beliefs about LPDs/progesterone levels (which I have) and high impact exercise (which I usually do), I've been taking it easier in the 2WW. I've never been a big yoga person and last month I tried to add a few classes to my routine. Other than that, I spend time with DH, family, and friends and try not to think about it every second (much easier said than done!).

Exercise.... I try to go the gym every night so I dont have time for my mind to wonder at home....
I will cook or bake....READ about fertility.... Im actually in a better mood for my 2WW b/c Im looking forward to something...
