Q about pee on a stick (experience with BFP)

Beside the fact they are friggin expensive.

When you all POAS, did the second line come up immediatly, or did you have to wait the 3 min?

I would assume if you are 1 week past AF the stick came up as you pee'd on it.

But did the FAINT lines take the whole 3 min?

I was already a few days past when AF was due when I took a test, and the line was still faint and took a minute or so to come up BUT I tested at night and with a dollar tree test. In the morning with a brand name test it should come up right away I would think.

i tested a day after my period was due and i got a faint line. i dont know how long it took cause i left it in the bathroom and counted the 3 minutes in the living room lol.

but i took another test the next morning and the line started appearing even before i could lay it down. it was very quick and very dark right away.

it depends how much HCG is in your system. if you are a week past AF and you know when you ovulated, there should be a lot of HCG in your urine. if the line is coming up faint it means there isnt much HCG there yet. which is possible with a late implanter. but normally if you are a week late for AF the line would come up fairly quickly and dark.

when I got my BFP my beta was pretty high (i had the bloodwork the next morning) and the line came up almost as soon as the pee went up the stick. good luck!

I tested from 10 dpo and on...the line took longer at first and much lighter.....each day it showed sooner and darker

Immediately & dark for me @ 10dpo
