Puffs Question
So, we gave my daughter puffs for the first time - she was 7 months this week but a little over 5 months adjusted. She threw up a lot after eating just one - she had some stage 2 foods just before and a bottle about an hour before that. Should I just try again in a few days? a few weeks? or could this be something serious?

Maybe she gagged . .. Ds did this with hard boiled eggs .. They were dry and got stuck in his throat and he tgrew up..When I introduced puffs I broke them up the first few times. Has she developed the pincer grip yet? I believe there is some correlation between that and their readiness. My ped said he was only ready to eat them when he reached that milestone. Good luck!

i was always super parinoid about chocking and my dd had a horrible gag reflex felt like she woudl puke at the drop of a hat...i literally broke off every piece of those stars when we introduced them to her lol

Puffs Question
I broke in half until dd got used to it. She gagged on it and projectile comited once when i didnt break them. Now shes a champ but it took a while of brewking them in half.
