Does it bother you?
I was on the train last night and these young teenagers were pretty much making out heavily and the guy was practically groping the girl.
It was kind of uncomfortable because i was sitting right by them

nope never was comfortable with that...dh and i still dont like to do that in public....but of course there is degrees to what i can handle seeing and doing in public holding hands or a peck is fine but an out and out make out session is not....weirds me out

I think certain PDAs are sweet, loving and I say God bless them. (hand holding, hugs, kisses here and there, some couples are funloving and who is anyone to judge)
but anything that makes ANYONE the least bit uncomfortable, is better left for private moments., 
go slobber eachother behind closed doors.
I just think there's a fine line. but that's just my opinion (gotta have that disclaimer)
and anything over that fine line where there are elderly or old fashioned people is just plain disrespectful (again, my opinion  )

Well at first Im like ewwwww, then Im like you know thats nice but teenagers no that is so inappropiate. I never did that as a young girl. those girls have no respect for themselves and are total sluts

Ehh, I used to be that teenager when I was 16 and I definatley wasn't a slut. I was just a typical self centered teen with raging hormones.

Unless the people are really going at it...it doesnt bother me. I wish my hubby was more comfortable with PDA. It took me forever just to get him comfortable enough to hold my hand in public. LOL

Also - I made out in public when I was a teenager. I didn't see a penis in person until I was 22. I didn't touch one until I was 25 and I was a virgin until I was 26... I don't think I was a slut.

I agree with you. My husband is the same way, I am more affectionate than him in public. He has loosened up a little but when we first started dating the most he would do was hold my hand occasionally. I don't think people should be full on going at it but some PDA is ok IMO.

i think the occassional kiss and holding hands is very cute! after 11 years together DH and i still hold hands everywhere we go!
but full on making out in public is very juvenile IMO. it doesnt surprise me that it was kids that were doing this in front of you.

absolutely hate it. holding hands and a kiss or two is fine. but for me, full on groping and swapping spit where i can see your tongues flicking around -- that's disgusting. i don't need to see that and i think its just plain rude when ppl do it.
