PSA re morning sickness and constipation
Hey Ladies,
I've read everywhere that a diet rich in fiber and whole grains really helps diminish the effects of morning sickness and constipitation.
Well, I have been faithfully eating and anything that is high in fiber and made from wheat or whole grains, and I really have not any problems.
In fact the only time I had slight morning sickness was the morning that I skipped my oatmeal.
I don't know if this will help, but it certainly can't hurt.

Re: PSA re morning sickness and constipation
I am glad this is working for you. I ate lots of whole grains and fruit during the 1st trimester, and it did nothing for me. I still had MS and really bad constipation!
Drinking lots of water might have helped and when the MS began to subside, I was able to eat veggies again and became more active which also helped.
It's worth a try, but honestly, I didn't think it helped me one bit.
