PSA re: How to determine pneumonia/breathing difficulty
MAybe a lot of you moms know this, but this was helpful to hear...
My ped said you see the rib cage pulling in and out when the child breathes. That is when there is difficulty - just wanted to share

yup... and you might also see the neck muscles pulling in and/or the nostrils flaring.
definitely good stuff to know to look for, since the signs can be subtle...
