provera
I stopped BC in January and no AF since. I went to my dr the other day and he prescribed me provera and told me the day after i get AF i should go for bloodwork.. for those of you that have been on this do you know approx how long it took for you for AF to come? I'm just concerned because I am going away on vacation on the 17th and I started w/ this pill yesterday.. TIA!!

when i took it i got AF about a week later but as pp said, it can take up to 2 weeks.

it took me 2 weeks, got it very light, then a week later i got it really heavy. it suked. i dont think the provera really worked for me.

do you mean that you didn't get regular cycles after? did your doc prescribe you something else after?

nope. my cycles were the worst. i just decided to go back on bcp before TTC
