Protein Drinks
Do you drink them? I started Drinking them, it suppose to help you Burn fat and speed up your metabolism.... I know it's Not for lossing weight, But i Dont eat much read meat anymore so I'm drinking that in place of it!

I have been drinking 100% whey protein shakes made with skim milk after my workouts. I think it really makes a big difference and keeps me full at night (stops me from snacking!)
