Progesterone Suppositories
How much do you take and how often???
My RN called last week to have me start my suppository today and said it's 400mg 1x daily. I actually just read the prescription on the package and it says I'm supposed to take it twice daily? That seems like a ton of progesterone and I don't have a deficiency so I'm confused?

I didn't have a deficiency at all...actually mine was high...
I was on that twice a day. I didn't even think to ask to be honest. If they said two, i did two. lol
Might as well ask if it will make you feel better.

Progesterone Suppositories
I took Crinone 3 times a day along with PIO shots due to my progesterone dropping very low but its usually only once or twice a day. Call the nurse and leave a message to be sure.

The nurse called back and said the error was with freedom pharmacy. They gave me the correct dose, 400mg, but it was supposed to be dispensed at 1x daily, not 2x daily. So the nurse was correct. Glad I checked!
