Progesterone levels???
I hade my second sono today and I say the heartbeat.
RE says Im 6 weeks pg. My progesterone level is only 14. The nurse said it should be higher for all the meds Im taking. They increased the shots again
What should my # be???
Im worried

Diane - I am in the same situation right now.
Originally when I went to the doctor on 9/27 - my progesterone level was 16. I went back to the doctor on 10/5 it was 10 and then my results from yesterday were 11.8, so it is going back up. I have to take Crinone - a prog gel every other day. I spoke to the doctor today and she said that I will be monitored by sonograms every other week.
The doctor doesn't seem to be worried - but I am.

What a an amazing sound, I started to cry.
I have to go back on Wednesday.
Im just so worried
I have come so far.

I know this from personal experience. They didn't like to see numbers below 14. Mine was 12 and I opted to go on progesterone suppositories. Good Luck to you!

As long as the doctors are aware of the situation, don't worry about it too much, trust me I know it is hard, but they keep telling me, that since my sono was ok and that I am taking the Crinone, that everything will be ok.
I don't go back for another sonogram until 10/17 though 
So we will have to wait until next week to make sure everything is going smoothly.
