I started these today and I was seriously considering asking to stay on the PIO shots but my butt hurts too much. I also wish they came with some kind of applicator. I feel like I am not getting them in far enough. Sorry if TMI!

Yeah...I was thinking that the shots might be better too, then I sat down. OUCH...still sore.

I am on endometrim and they come with an applicator. What kind are you guys using?

Ive posted my suggestions about the pills before but I found the following things helped:
* I used gloves to insert the capsules...less mess and more sanitary and I could do it quickly at work.
*Always wear a pantyliner
* Once a day Id sort of clear out the little pieces that were left up there. (They dont dissolve all the way and it gets a little clogged)
* Make a conscience effort to relax the muscles down there before the insertion. I used to tense up and I couldnt get them in far.
