Progesterone and Estrogen
I went to the doctor to check by progesterone and found that both progesterone and estrogen we low. I am now taking vaginal suppositories for progesterone and a pill for estrogen 2x a day. Any side effects I should be aware of? Also I am kinda embarrassed but I have never used a tampon in my life, so I am afraid I am doing the suppositories wrong lol. Is it possible to mess that up??? Sorry for the TMI but today I was very wet and noticed some of the pill came out a little bit. Should I be laying down for a while after I insert it? Sorry, but I am clueless.

Progesterone and Estrogen
Idk about the pill but the progesterone can get gross. I was on crinone and it got very clumpy - you have to clean out the old before you put the new ones in or else you will be verryyyy uncomfortable. I learned that the hard way. I don't think you can screw up the prog.

Yea that progesterone can be really gross. You leak a lot. Wetness and chunky at times. It's normal. Gross, but normal.

Don't be embarrased, I have never used one either! Phew, thought I was the only one lol. The first month I was on endometrin it was reeeeally messy, and leaked after only a short time. Make sure you wear a liner or a pad. The next month I was a pro and not as much leakage, and took hours to leak. I don't think I was getting it all the way up the first month. I don't use the applicators, and I put a dab of lubricant on the tip of the pill before I insert it. With the endometrin, you don't have to clean anything out before you put a new one in. As long as you are getting the pill in as far as it can go there is no way to do it wrong :) You don't need to lay down after.

I don't have any other side effects other maybe of gaining weight which I try to control by eating better - gluten light I like to call it. seems to help.
