Any experts on progesterone and estrogen?

Do either one wear down your bones (that's probably not phrased right- lol)? I feel like I ran a marathon, and haven't done a tremendous amount of walking lately. It's been getting progressively worse for the past few days. Does anyone know? I'm so achy.

I just looked on google and found that progesterone actually helps with bone mineral density... not sure if that's what you were asking though! Natural progesterone from what I'm reading is sometimes used in osteoporosis treatments.

I'm also getting that estrogen and progesterone might also help with muscle fatigue...

so to answer your question - I have no idea! Maybe talk to your doctor?

Thanks- maybe I'm just running marathons in my sleep and don't know it!
