Primacare One Prenatal
So, I've been taking Primacare one for three months. I just picked up a refill and it came with directions that weren't on the first one like
take on an empty stomach and don't lie down for 30 minutes afterwards. Has anyone heard of these or why? I've been taking them with dinner for the past three months and when I forgot, I took them before bed!

I have been on Prima Care One for 6 months and I think the reason they say not t lie down is bc the contents of the pill when it opens up can cause heartburn. So basically if you take it and then lay down, you may have more heart burn. But I take it every night before I go to sleep to and never had a problem.
