"Pretend" vs "lying"

How do I differentiate 'pretend' vs lying?

For example my DD says things like:
DD - "Run, theres a monster coming"
me - "what?"
DD - "just pretending"

DD - "I turn you into a frog"

DD - "I'm a baby"
me - "honey, you're a big girl now"
DD - "just pretending"
me - "oh, ok"

DD - "Run, DS is a lion"

DD plays doctor and dentist with DS sometimes (tells him to open his mouth to check for cavities and so on)

those are fine and good for her imagination.

But she also says:
DD - "There's a fire"
me - "where?"
DD - "just pretend"
(I assume that in her mind its similar to - theres a monster coming. And the kids do pretend they're firemen sometimes)

DD - DS drew on the wall
me - where?
DD - just pretending

DD - DS is sick
me - what happened
DD - just pretending

me - what did you eat for lunch at school?
DD - hamburger
me - really? I know thats not what they gave you
DD - I was only pretending

stuff like that

I don't want to stifle her imagination, but not sure how to articulate there's a difference between imagination/pretend vs stuff that could be misinterpreted as happening in real life.

Thanks

I usually play along and then say “really?” And dd usually gives in if it’s not. I’ve also had conversations with her about things that are about safety and she has a pretty clear understanding that if it’s something that has to do with safety or has to do with mommy having to understand about her day to take care of her, it’s important to tell the truth.

How old is DD (sorry if I missed it)

It sounds like she is young, so I wouldn't even say anything.

My SS is 10 and does this, and it's a concern but a little kid? Nah
