presciption prenatls vs otc

I know i wondered the difference between the two...well a friend just gave me a leftover sample pack of her prescription prenatals and there are a few differences
just figured i would post the supplement facts here in case anyone is interested...not sure what it means since some drs say otc ones are fine...just found it interesting...

hmm thats weird, i am surprised to see that otc seems to have more vitamins overall????

The prescription one my doc gave me my insurance didn't take so I called the office and they said OTC was just fine to take and they are pretty much all the same. I chose to take the one with the extra DHA upplement

i took OTC throughout my entire pregnancy with my son and it was fine!
