preparing food ahead of time
Can I prepare the string bean casserole and candied yams today but cook it on thursday? TIA

I honestly don't like preparing anything more than 24 hours in advance. If you could hold off until tomorrow I would.
Plus, I think the greenbean casserole might get soggy if you do it too far in advance.
