Prenatals Q TMI
I have been taking prenatals and they seem to be making me constipated.. I know they have a lot of iron like 150% or something. Anyone else have a similar situation?

actually mine are opposite I used to be constipated (that was normal for me) and now I go a couple times a day (i am sorry about the TMI)
