PreNatals and Some Side Effects...
Does anyone know if (sorry TMI) your boobs hurting is a side effect of prenatals? Just curious because I thought they were a preggo sign, but AF came and is here heavier than ever (is that an effect of prenatals too?)

I wouldn't expect that to be a side effect. The "ingredients" in prenatals are the same as in other vitamins, just in a different combination, different # of mgs., etc

I get sore boobs every month with my period. Some of the symptoms of having your period or PMS are the same as being pregnant.

I don't think its a side effect
I get it every time a week before AF.
Now I pay more attention to my body and feel it - and I never felt it before!

Only side effect I am having is an upset stomach so I take the vitamin with food and it helps.
