prenatals
anyone else's rx prenatals say not to lay down until half hour after taking it? Does anyone know why? I take Prima Care one/

I take Prima Care One also..i didnt even realize it said this??
I take it before bed and have never had a problem with it

hmmm...i never saw that either. i have been taking them on and off since March 2006 and always took them right before bed time!
