prenatals

so today was my first womens one a day prenatal vitamin intake. i couldnt swallow the tablet so i broke it in half, it tastes and smells like baby formula, i smell my hands and it smells like formula i want to throw up.


does anyone take over the counter gelcap prenatals plese let me know

I take the CVS ones and don't find them hige. I do however have to hold liquid in my mouth aqnd drop the vitamin in and swallow. If I put the pill in first I gag and can't swallow it.
