Prenatal Yoga Tonight
Tonight starts a new prenatal yoga class at IDS Wellness. It starts at 6:45 and is $15 for one class and $100 for an 8 week session. They are located at 2815 N. Jerusalem Road, East Meadow. I'm really excited to have a place so close to home :)

Did anyone go last night? I was on my way out the door and DD was throwing a fit and by the time i knew it i was late already. I am hoping to go next week
