Prenatal Vitamins and Headaches?
I started taking prenatal vitamins just over a week ago (preparing myself for TTC in December). It seems as if ever since I started taking them I have been getting bad Migraines. I take them at night..and by the time I wake up in the morning I have a huge Migraine throughout the day (that eventually goes away with asprin).
Did anyone else experience this? If so, did switching brands help? (I am currently taking Womans One a Day with DHA).
Any help will be appreciated as I can take it anymore!

Maybe you should take them with a meal... i get headaches when i dont eat so maybe the vitamin is just increasing that since when you take it your stomach is empty for a few hours...

i take mine w/ dinner. i haven't experienced anything . and usually after dinner i am either on the computer or on the couch watching tv.

See thats the thing I always make sure I eat before I take them so that I do not get an upset stomach...plus the fact its so many hours after the fact makes me wonder if it is even the cause of the vitamins..its just the only change i've had that may be it
