took Citranatal assure while i was pregnant with DS and they often made me feel sick plus i had terrible constipation
My primary doc just wrote me a script for Ultimatecare One NF. Anybody take this one before?
Also, do you have one you can recommend? I have low iron levels so my vitamins must have iron!
