Yep. prenatals just help prepare your body. It helps in preventing defects and such.

Nope. Just full of supps that you need in pregnancy, like folic acid- MOST important.

This! I've been taking them for yrs just as a vitamin! And DH takes them too, but shhhhh! He'll be kicked out of the "man club" if that got out.
