prenatal vitamins
do i start them at a certain time ? right now AF is in town, should i start today? or wait till its over? or does it not matter?

im not sure if it matters when you start them. they are just like normal vitamins, with some extra vitamins.
so i think that now is a perfect time. also, i would take them at night, just in case you get nauseous.

There's not a point in your cycle where you should start them .. any time is good.
You should just start them a few months before ttc.

My. Dr. told me to start taking them about 2 months before we start. Not sure if that has anything to do with my age or not (Im 36). I doubt it.

i was told 3 months. i am starting vitamins this week. i don't expect to get pregnant right away so i'm not worried about starting now. we probably won't really try until november/december.
