i take Prefera -OB.. its not OTC
i love them because they dont make me sick and they are the smallest pill !

not officially on one my gyno said regular multi day vitamins would be good as long as i remember to take them every day

My doctor gave me tons of samples to try out and so far I like the Duet DHA the best They are by Rx only!
