Prenatal Vitamins
Is there any real difference between the prescription ones and the OTC ones? I have compared the amounts of folic acid, etc- it all seems the same.
What's the difference??

Personal preference I suppose.
My midwife gave me a brand called Phytomatrix - its all natural, no synthetics that you buy basically OTC. Just not a lot of places sell them so I go through a specific person to get them.

Mine are actually two pills - one is the regular vitamin and the other is a DHA supplement. I don't think you get the DHA with the OTC ones.
