PreNatal Vitamin help
I would like to start pre natal now that we are trying.....Which one is a good one over the counter?

I think as long as they have dha in them any brand is fine. I have been taking the cvs brand gummy ones because sometimes I have problems swallowing pills.

i been taking the CVS brand with the DHA supplement. dont forget to look for sales...cvs often has their brand vitamins on sale for buy one get one free so for about $14 you get a 2 month supply

I use Rainbow Light ones from amazon. They were cheap and they don't make me sick

I take the nature's bounty softgel. Vitamins make me sick but these do not bother me. I take with dinner

Most OTC prenatals should be fine. Just make sure it has a DHA supplement.
I take One a Day with DHA.

Although not actively trying right now, i started taking prenatals i bought from Puritan's Pride but i dont think they have DHA in them nd i have 2.5 bottles left. Should i take dha supplement as well or just buy new viatmins?
