prenatal side effects?
I just started taking prenatal vitamins today. The label said to take w/good so i took it while eating lunch this afternoon.
I hear girls talking about how they make them sick. Is it a feeling of nausea? Stomach aches? It's been 3 hours and i feel fine. BCP used to make me feel very queasy so i was expecting that.

i am fortunate and havent gotten sick from prenatals. however i know a few people that have and it is nausea that they suffered from after taking it...

i never get sick from them...been taking for yrs now since before getting prego the 1st time. I take Nature Made brand - I always take with food.

a lot of people say they cause constipation too because of the iron i think?
Either way, i take mine before bed. I have a VERY sensitive stomach.

My reg vitamins always made me VERY nauseous (like, almost instantly) if I forgot to eat something with it, so I was nervous about this. However, I haven't had a problem at all with prenatals!
