Prenatal massage?
Has anyone ever heard about this or done it - if so do you think it helps?

A prenatal massage is for women who are currently pregnant. They avoid certain pressures points and provide space for the comfort of a belly etc.

Just as an FYI any massage is not recommended for your first trimester or when having some IF treatments. I would ask your RE their thoughts on massages.
