pregnancy vent
i was walking into a meeting just now and dropped my phone (yay clumsiness) - went to pick it up and half the people who were already at the meeting freaked out. Apparently, they thought i was falling or something.
Relax people - i'm not THAT fragile!
i hate all this stupid attention! i just want things to be normal again
yeah yeah - i know - i need a wah-mbulance. but i'm allowed to be whiney once in a while, no?
ok ... i'm over it ... for now

HAHA!!
I am only 6 weeks, and we told MIL and SFIL yesterday. Saturday I picked them up at the airport and I carried their suitcases in for them. SFIL yelled at me yesterday, said I shouldn't be lifting things!! haha!

over the weekend i was told by DH's aunt that i shouldn't be sitting with my legs crossed indian style because its bad for the baby. oh brother!

OMG I totally understand. I was super active my whole pregnancy and got so sick of people telling me to stop cleaning and hire a maid.

Yup I understand! I had a wake last week for someone in DH famly. I wore heels with my dress. FIL kept saying why am I in heels; take the heels off!

Haha I hear you! I have a pretty physical job but no really much more physical than taking care of my twins. All day long I hear stop that, you shouldn't be doing that etc. I know they mean well but it gets annoying!

I hate this too! I know they mean well but I hate being treated like a 2 year old. MIL will tell me to watch every curb coming up.  Now that I'm on bedrest people call to follow up on my all the time. "how are you feeling today" um same as I was yesterday. I'll let you know if anything changes. And I'm tired of being told not to do to much. I do NOTHING! I lay in bed and get up to pee. That's all I really do all day. I don't need people to remind me I'm on bedrest.
