Pregnancy Timeline?
When I got for my first appointment ( I should be 8 weeks) will they give me a list of dates to come in and when to take tests? Plus..how soon can we get a sono? I'm excited but I know each doctor is different.

At my 1st appt. I got an internal sono. Saw the heartbeat and a little sac. My OB did go over when I would see him and when they did tests.

I didn't get anything written at my first appointment, but he gave me the rundown of when my appointments would be:
Every 4 weeks until 32w
Every 2 weeks between 32w-36w
Every week afterwards.
Sonos at 12w, 20w, and 37w.
Other doctors do the 2 week appointments earlier, and do more or fewer sonos, but I think that schedule is pretty typical.
The first appointment is so exciting! (And you'll get a sono then too to see the heart beat.  ) Enjoy!

My first appt is 8/22, we're so excited!! Looks like we have the same EDD!

Should be monthly until 32. Then biweekly until 36, then every week. I was diagnosed with GD, so now I am biweekly starting at 29 and not sure when I start weekly.

my first appt was last week when I was 7 weeks, I got an internal and external sono. I was measuring 6w 3d, saw the heartbeat but didnt hear it. I am going back this Tuesday ( 1 week later), I should be 8 weeks. The babys heart rate was a lil low and I may need to be put on progesterone so I am hoping and praying everything else goes well. Other than that I have not been been given out a timeline yet or pamphlet of what not to eat etc...
