Not to hijack the post, but how often do you need to do Pilates in order to start seeing the results?

I was jogging 30 min 3x a week and i would do pilates upper body 3x a week and the all over body one 3x a week, they are like 25 min long so when i would come back from running i would do a tape and on the days i didnt run i would do two tapes...i saw significant results in 3 weeks
