I know how you feel Devon! When the due date comes you're like, let's go! i was 2 days late. I went naturally on my own and it was quick. from the first big contraction to her delivery was only 14 hours. (My first baby, too). Ironically enough, the day i went into labor was the day i had an appt. with my OB set up to see check fluid level. if fluid level was low, he was going to induce. She was born on a Monday (due on the Saturday before) and my doc. said if baby didn't come by Friday, he would have induced. She was big, too--- 9lbs. 2 oz.

I was 5 days late with both pregnancies and I was then induced.
I never had any dialation, never effaced with both pregnancies- I had a few contractions when I went into the hostiptal but very minor. I ended up delivering vaginally and had wonderful delivieries.
It feels never ending towards the end of your pregnancy - but before you know it the baby will be here.

I was induced 10 days late with zero dilation or contractions. The waiting was AWFUL, but I had an awesome induction and such an easy labor that it kind of made up for the awful wait! Good Luck, lots of labor vibes!!
