Pre-Seed
Hi ladies! Question....do you have to use the applicator to insert preseed internally, or can you use it internally? My 20 month old threw out the applicators on me, and it's expensive to buy another box!

I've never used the applicators. I definitely wouldn't buy another box!

I've learned you don't need to use the applicators... I wouldn't buy another box. It's a lot.

I personally prefer to use the applicators but you def. do not have to. You can just apply it internally with your fingers or just use it on the outside.

The month I got BFP, I only used preseed without the applicator. The other months I was using the applicator.

I've used it both ways.
the cycle I got pregnant... I used it externally.
