PP Question re: Swelling
How long did it take for your swelling to go down after you gave birth?
I had a horrible vaginal delivery, and 3 weeks later I still have very swollen feet and ankles.
Do you think this is normal? I just want to wear my shoes!!!

Re: PP Question re: Swelling
That didn't happen to me. I don't know if its "normal" or not, but I would call your Dr.

Re: PP Question re: Swelling
I was swollen for months after delivery. But it was also hot and humid, which may have had something to do with that.

Re: PP Question re: Swelling
I was swollen for about a month.
As for my shoes, my feet actually grew half a size during PG. So most of my shoes don't fit anymore.

Re: PP Question re: Swelling
I was swollen for about a month PP. However my feet grew 1.5 sizes!!! So NONE of my shoes fit. I am still trying to replenish my stock.
Make sure you cut out salts and check you blood pressure to make sure its normal though.

About 4-6 weeks for everything to go back to normal for me.
