Potty Training...
I need HELP ladies!!! DS is going to be 3 end of February. When ever we would put him in the tub or change him we would put him on the potty and he would go for a while now. We have tried on multiple times with no diaper for a while but he never makes it to the potty even though we put it in the same room as him. Recently he has stopped going into the bathroom....I have had to bath him in the sink...he shakes he is sooo scared of the bathroom we even have to keep the door open so now he is scared of using the big potty. We close the door and placed it on a mat in the living room to avoid the bathroom but he cry's for his diaper. Any one have any advice or experience with help. Thanks!!!

Re: Potty Training...
I would take a brake from potty training and put back in pull up. I never forced my kids, I showed them potty and underwear and waited for them to tell me when ready. Oldest decided month before turning 3 and my second was 3 1/2. Not sure I did right thing but it was less stressful for both of us.

Re: Potty Training...
definitely take a break for a while. I had to with DS. I started again after his 3rd birthday.
he is pee trained, but still will not poop on the potty. so its going to be a long road for us too.

Re: Potty Training...
Totally agree with the ladies...my DS is 3 years 4 months & was just pee potty trained about a month ago. I had tried several times prior & got to a point where he would scream like crazy & refused. I stopped & restarted again. I also found what worked the best for us was getting him to stand rather then sit so he could see "the bubbles" he was making. Now poops, that's a different story, he simply refuses to do that on the potty.
