I would buy toys for the kids, fleece jackets at Old Navy for the older one's and teens or maybe some gift cards for the older one's.

Dad- prepaid cell phone (because he's one of the 11 people in NY who does not have one!)

5-6 (girl) The Princess Primer- it's a great book about being a princess- it has pop-ups, and all these other neat hands on things. DH's niece is going to love it.

I thought a great idea for kids with IPODS (ages 8-14) I guess ... are the IPOD SPEAKERS that are shaped like Fish, Dog, Cat, Flower or Bear. You plug your IPOD in and they light up along with the music. $29.99 at amazon.com
I just bought the FISH one for my goddaughter.

Well, for the kids I found a couple of cool book ideas.
Puppet Show Books
I See Me books
Just google the words and you can find their sites-- I saw them both on TV shows and think they are wonderful gifts.
For my mom, the gourmand, I got her a GC to Sur La Table and a necklace from a funky jewlery designer.
My step dad just got more pedestrain stuff-- a baseball hat and a sweater.
My dad is getting an ipod shuffle- the new version is so cool that it can be clipped on anywhere-- so I figured he could use for the gym and stuff.
My bro and SIL, I got them a GC to a great little restaurant that DH and I like in the West Village, and we'll also offer to babysit my niece so they can go out. I'll also got my bro a scarf, and SIL a little bracelet.
DH got portable iPOd speakers.
for my niece, I got her the I See Me book and a couple of cute t-shirts.

Spouse(male)- Sirus boombox, book about Charlie Weiss, socks and underwear. - This was his list.
Parents- weekend in Savanah, Georgia- compliments of my sister, me and Grandma.
Sister and boyfriend- Fur blanket from Pottery Barn- its expensive but its for both of them and my sis is the baby's Godmother. She has spent a fortune on her already.
Secret Santa- Brother in Law- Calender made on Shutterfly with pics of our family and his cherished dogs, gift card to home depot.
Kids- I go to every craft fair I can find in the fall for new and unusual stuff. This year I got the girls- age 2-6 these cute fleece hats with stuffed animals on them. For my other nephew and niece, Disney activity kits from Costco- they love to draw and this will give them something to do when they are at my house all day on Christmas.
For the new babies in our family- first Christmas picture frames.
