Post pio shot question?
For any one who had to do PIO shots did you have lingering numbness around where the shots were? It's either numb or painful its driving me nuts.
Is this normal?

Unfortunately, yes...totally normal. I had fluctuating pain, numbness, and itchiness. i have been finished with PIO for almost 7 weeks now, and I still have lingering side effects from it!

I wonder how long this lasts. I thought maybe I injected in the wrong spot and did some damage.

Yes. The numbness lasted a long time... months... but did go away.
