I am 31 and have been ttc for 14 months now. We had a m/c in November. We've been ttc unsuccessfully since the mc. I went to my ob in early Aug because I thought I might have a luteall phase issue. I get my period regularly (26-29 days) but I start spotting around 9dpo and don't get AF until 12dpo. So AF is typically 3 days of spotting, 2-3days of reg flow, then about 3 more days of spotting. Not really normal. My ob sent me for a sonohysterogram that I went for yesterday to check my uterus and make sure that's ok. It turns out my uterus is perfect, but they found that my left ovary is enlarged and it had about 10 cysts on it with the biggest being 4cm. I also went for bloodworm that checked my progesterone, prolactin, and thyroid levels, but they all came back normal. I am not overweight, but I am worried that maybe I have pcos? My ob said to come back in 6 weeks for another sono to see if the cysts went away. I'm just nervous to wait that long. My right ovary looked perfect, so I think that my left one hasn't been working properly and my right one is the only one ovulating. Anyone have any thoughts?
