White meat, unless it is fried chicken, then dark meat. Gotta love chicken legs!

If it's chinese food or a stir fry or something, white meat.

If its rotisserie chicken or fried chicken, dark meat.

I prefer dark meat but I usually only eat white because it's better for you in the protein/calorie category :)

I prefer dark meat, I think it is more flavorful and juicy but I will eat white meat too.
