We're hopefully going to work on our kitchen next year. I'm also hoping to lay out the pavers and wall stones that I bought, but am taking my time to install.

We already Dormered - My back yard is all grass and a deck - It is boring. We need to do something to it......We would love a sitting area, possibly a pool, a play area for Sophia etc...

I am having the driveway widened, pavered walkways, flowerbeds and widened steps done. I've been wanting to do this since I first bought the house 4 years ago. I can't wait for Spring! I HOPE to also redo the bathroom off the den.

Wish we did that - Only thing that stinks about that is that your taxes will go up a lot because you are increasing the footing of the foundation. If you only go up the taxes dont go up as much. We dormered up and added 900 sq ft. Our taxes went up $2500 ugh.

would love to finish our basement, although its small, we could at least put the stuff we have cluttered in our den down there. I would also love to re-do our driveway and stoop but that may have to wait.

Front stoop/walkway.
The current front stoop is very steep and not securely fastened in the ground. I want to extend it so it's not so steep and widen it.

I need a brand new kitchen. Been putting it off forever & the time has come. I can't stand my kitchen anymore.
Also want to redo the basement & turn it into liveable space instead of a musty storage room.
Otherwise just little things.

In the past 5 years we've gutted and reno'd our kitchen, skim coated and painted the ENTIRE house, recarpeted or retiled, put in new windows, siding, roof, gutters, a fence around the yard, and installed new pavers to the front steps, walkway, and back patio in addition to widening our driveway. (<--run on sentence alert!) We also replaced our furnace and water heater.
Next on the list: Central air, updating the electric, and new bathroom(s). We're house poor, as you can imagine!
