Leaning this way only b/c I don't know of quality for B but guess I can decide after I see that one in person.
I know I can trust the Bernhardt collection.
Oh I'm so excited dining room furniture is in my near future!
Oh, walls are deep red on top, with chair rail if that helps make decision...

I am obsessed with that Martha set too! Have you tried looking for it? I searched for it online a few months ago and it seems to have been discontinued in some stores.

I have the better homes one you have listed except mine is the rectangular one and I LOVE it... like it is my baby and it never even gets used =( The martha one looks awesome as well though... tough decision... chances are you'll have it forever so go with your ultimate fav ;)

both are really nice I voted for the Martha set - personally I need the ability to add a table during the holidays and it just works better with the rectangle table.

I love the chair and breakfront from the Place set. I don't love the table though. I prefer the Martha table but not the chair. I don't know what to say to pick....
