I used to sleep with my engagement ring on before we got married but then one of the prongs got messed up when I was sleeping so I stopped that. For the most part, if I am at home I do not wear any rings.

i never my e-ring or my wedding ring off (sleep shower, etc.) The only time I take them off is if I'm going to do something very "goopy" (like make meatballs).

I only take them off when I put on lotion and/or am mixing icky food by hand.
Same here. If I took them off at night, I'd never remember to put them back on.

I have a plain band that I wear during the week for work & that I wear to bed but if on the weekend or a night out I wear my good rings I always take them off before going to bed. My jeweler actually told me I shouldn't sleep with them on.
Ditto. My everyday band is always on so I sleep with it. It's a simple white gold band. But if I wear my e-ring and diamond band, then they come off when I come home from work and I won't put on another ring until the following a.m.

That's why they tell you not to sleep with rings on - any type of ring. You could mess the prongs up and they can become bent and possibly lose a stone. I've heard this from more than one jeweler too.
Me - as soon as I get home my rings and watch come off.

i have a little box on the bathroom counter for them. i take them off before i wash my face at night, and then put them on in the morning after i'm done doing my hair and makeup
